Chris Barrett - Managing Director
Chris joined Crosspoint as a Director in February 2004, having previously worked in a Business Development role within the company. She is a qualified NMC registered RGN with over 20 years clinical nursing and healthcare sales experience. Chris also has previous recruitment experience within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry.
Her focus is mainly Client based, assisting companies from field based Sales to Nurse Advisory Recruitment through to Senior Management, providing advice to companies seeking to attract the best individuals for their teams.
Chris holds the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice.

Dianne Billington - Business Development Manager
Dianne joined Crosspoint in 2005, her background was in Pharmacy and she has experience as a Practice Manager within the private healthcare sector.
Dianne is responsible for developing new client partnerships and maintaining exisitng partnerships. She is able to provide and co -ordinate appropriate resources such as scheduling of candidate interviews to individual client criteria and provide access to our new client extranet service and preferred supplier programme.
