Overall Purpose of Role
To provide clinical support and customer knowledge to key accounts / clients. To promote best practice and compliance and to educate and be the key provider for the company's products to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities / Duties
To provide clinical support/assessments to clients and professionals.
To ensure that information is disseminated appropriately.
To work closely with clients/key influencers and decision makers to maximize support and sales.
To build good rapport/relationships with all clients/professionals and to build confidence in the usage of products.
To provide educational/development material to clients including presentations on the usage of products.
To work closely/advise and be pro-active with colleagues/sales team to maintain and develop commercial focus on the business and market needs.
To promote best practice by working to the code of practice of the NMC and ensure that current clinical practices are adhered to.
To be pro-active in achieving targets to maximize sales.
Ensure that patient confidentiality and Data Protection is complied with at all times.
To attend conferences and exhibitions as necessary.
Maintain professional registration and ensure that clinical knowledge is kept up to date.
